What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific additions vary by type of service — sunset cruises offer upscale beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters provide meeting facilities and tailored catering for business needs.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking ideally should be done with at least 2–3 weeks beforehand, particularly during the busy season from May to September. For corporate occasions and private gatherings, it is best to reserve 4–6 weeks earlier to improve the chance of availability and provides ample time for personalization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety is our foremost concern. Should the weather be unsafe as judged by our captain, we'd propose a rescheduling of your booking for an upcoming available slot or give a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out to you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if uncertainties regarding conditions are present.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, bringing personal food items and drinks is permitted. Nevertheless, we also provide high-quality catering services that can be tailored to suit your tastes. It's important to note that for safety measures, glass containers cannot be brought onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Some yachts in our fleet are more accessible than others. We encourage you to reach out to us while booking to discuss specific requirements so we can advise on the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary special arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made with more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. If the cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours before departure, there's a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable unless the cancelation is caused by unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
